On half of each dough circle, add 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 1/2 cup mozzarella, 1-2 tbsp onion, 1-2 tbsp green pepper, and 5-7 slices pepperoni. Make sure to leave about an inch around the dough edge free of sauce and toppings. Fold other half of dough over the toppings and crimp the edges. Using sharp knife, cut 2-3 slits on the top of dough and place on pizza screen or baking sheet.
