1tbspolive oil
1smalloniondiced
1poundground beef chuck
1tbspyellow mustard
1tbspwhite vinegar
1tbspWorcestershire sauce
2tspsugar
1/2tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2cupsbeef broth
4hamburger buns
8pickle slices
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent. Add ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly. Drain and discard any excess grease
Mix in yellow mustard, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste until combined
Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until all the liquid is gone, about 20-30 minutes
Serve on hamburger buns topped with pickles and mustard if desired
