Macaroni Pepper Salad
This homemade, simple, delicious macaroni salad is a wonderful side dish to any summertime meal.

Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/4 cup minced red onion
- 2 tbsp diced carrots
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup minced roasted red peppers
- 2 tbsp minced pepperoncini peppers
- 2 tbsp diced cherry peppers
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni in salted water according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Shake of any excess water
- In a medium bowl add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in macaroni
- Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to combine
