Healthy Breakfast Shake
In a hurry in the morning and want something healthy and filling? I drink this shake every morning to jump start my day.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1 apple cored and chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup frozen fruit
- 2 cups baby spinach
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend using crushed ice setting to incorporate ingredients
- Blend on high speed until smooth
Notes
May add more almond milk for a thinner consistency or add more oats or frozen fruit for a thicker shake. Enjoy!
