Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies
A simple, delicious, chewy brownie. This recipe takes little time to prepare and is a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13 inch pan
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butterscotch chips and butter together in the microwave in 30 second intervals stirring in between intervals until smooth. Set aside
- In a large bowl, stir together brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix in the melted butterscotch chips until combined. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth
- Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate chips, batter will be thick and chunky. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan
- Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven. Cool and cut into squares
