Ingredients
1/2cupbutter
1cupbutterscotch chips
2/3cuppacked brown sugar
2eggs
1tspvanilla extract
1 1/2cupsflour
2tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
2 1/2cupsminiature marshmallows
1cupsemisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch pan
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the butterscotch chips and butter together in the microwave in 30 second intervals stirring in between intervals until smooth. Set aside
In a large bowl, stir together brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix in the melted butterscotch chips until combined. Mix in the flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth
Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate chips, batter will be thick and chunky. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan
Bake for 25 minutes in preheated oven. Cool and cut into squares
