Brown Sugar Whipped Cream
A perfect topping for pies and specialty coffees. Try this whipped cream on my sweet potato pie and pumpkin pie!

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg

- Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until stiff peaks form
