Pancakes
Pancakes, hotcakes, griddlecakes, flapjacks….whatever you prefer to call them, they are a wonderful meal anytime of the day! Homemade, simple, and delicious! This will be your new favorite pancake recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a small bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk until well combined
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined
- Heat griddle or skillet on medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Pour desired amount of batter onto griddle/skillet and cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook until brown on other side
Notes
If you don’t have buttermilk on hand, measure 1 1/2 cup of regular milk. Add 1/4 cup white vinegar to milk and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Voila, buttermilk!!
