Ingredients
1 3/4cupsbuttermilk
1/4 cupwhite sugar
2cupsflour
1tspbaking soda
2tspbaking powder
1tspsalt
2eggs
1/4cupbuttermelted
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a small bowl whisk eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk until well combined
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until combined
Heat griddle or skillet on medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Pour desired amount of batter onto griddle/skillet and cook until bubbles appear. Flip and cook until brown on other side
Notes
If you don't have buttermilk on hand, measure 1 1/2 cup of regular milk. Add 1/4 cup white vinegar to milk and let sit for at least 5 minutes. Voila, buttermilk!!
