3/4cupbutterroom temperature
1 1/2 cupswhite sugar
1 tspvanilla extract
3 eggs
1 cupsour cream
2 1/2cupsflour
1 tspbaking powder
1tspbaking soda
1tbspground cinnamon
1/2cupbrown sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10 inch Bundt pan and coat the pan with some cinnamon and sugar
In a large bowl, beat the butter and white sugar with and electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and blend well. Blend in vanilla extract
In a smaller bowl, combine flour baking powder, and baking soda. Add flour into butter mixture alternately with the sour cream. Mix until incorporated. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture over the batter in pan
spoon remaining batter over cinnamon mix
Bake in preheated oven for about 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean
Notes
For a healthier option, substitute greek yogurt for the sour cream.
