This is very simple to make. I have used kielbasa in place of the Italian sausage, use any sausage you prefer. The aroma of this delicious dish cooking will make anyone gather around! Bring this to any gathering and it won't last long!

Ingredients
1tspolive oil
1poundItalian sausagecut into 2 inch pieces
2tbspolive oil
2pounds small creamer potatoeswashed and cut in half
1green bell pepperseeded and sliced
1red bell pepperseeded and sliced
4garlic clovespeeled
1large onionsliced
1cupchicken broth
1tspItalian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a large skillet or dutch oven over medium heat. Cook and stir the sausage until browned. Transfer cooked sausage into a large baking dish. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to the skillet and cook the potatoes stirring occasionally until browned about 15 minutes. Place potatoes into baking dish. Cook green pepper, red pepper, whole garlic cloves, and onion in same skillet about 5-8 minutes. Add vegetables to the baking dish.
Pour chicken broth into the baking dish. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Gently stir all together until combined
Bake in preheated oven until hot and bubbly about 25-30 minutes
