4eggs
3/4cupmilk
1/4tspground cinnamon

In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract
Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Add light oil or butter to pan
Place each slice of bread into egg mixture, soaking both sides. Cook coated bread on griddle or skillet on both sides until golden brown, serve hot
