115 oz cancrushed tomatoesI prefer San Marzano
14.5 oz candiced green chilis
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse the fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, sugar, and salt until contents are fine and well blended
Add crushed tomatoes and green chilis. Puree until mostly smooth. Add more cumin, salt, or sugar if needed to suit your taste. Refrigerate in air tight container until ready to serve
