Sweet Iced Tea
Homemade, simple, delicious, and refreshing. Add more or less sugar to suit your own personal taste. Add lemon or mint if desired in serving glass.

Ingredients
- 12 regular size tea bags or 5-8 family size tea bags
- 4 cups boiling water
- 12 cups cool water
- 1-2 cups white sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Sprinkle baking soda into a heat proof gallon pitcher or container. Add baking soda and tea bags to pitcher. Pour boiling water over tea bags and baking soda and allow to steep for at least 20 minutes
- Remove and discard tea bags. Add sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Add cold water. Refrigerate until cold and ready to drink
