Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are simple and delicious. I prefer to use Cajun Seasoning, but feel free to substitute seasonings to suit your taste.

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3-4 potatoes cut into wedges


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with vegetable oil
  • In a bowl, whisk flour, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, black pepper and salt
  • Rinse potato wedges under cold water and dredge wedges in seasoned flour. Arrange coated wedges on prepared baking sheet
  • Bake in preheated oven, flipping over wedges halfway through baking, until coating is browned and potatoes are tender, 35-40 minutes
