Pumpkin Spice Latte
You can have a Pumpkin Spice Latte any time of the day! Substitute 3oz of Expresso for the strong coffee if desired. If you love pumpkin lattes as much as I do, try this recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat until mixture has a light simmer but do not boil. Remove from heat
- Stir in the sugar and coffee and let sit for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
- After sugar has dissolved, stir in the heavy cream and vanilla. Serve hot. Top with whipped cream and dusting of pumpkin pie spice if desired
