Pico De Gallo
A homemade, light, fresh, and easy Pico de Gallo that is a delicious appetizer or condiment with dinner. I usually make it a day before serving to allow the flavors to really blend together.

Ingredients
- 3 fresh roma tomatoes diced
- 1/4 onion minced
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper diced
- fresh lime juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Stir together roma tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
This goes great on fajitas, but could just eat it out of the bowl its so good…
