Bread Machine Brioche
I let the bread machine do the work for this Brioche recipe. This delicious homemade bread is perfect to use for French Toast. Try my favorite French Toast Recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 cups bread flour
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 8 tbsp butter softened
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except for the butter to your bread machine as suggested by the manufacturer. Process on the basic bread cycle with light crust
- About 10 minutes before the end of first kneading cycle add the butter 1 tbsp at a time allowing each tbsp to incorporate into dough before adding the next
- After bread is baked, allow the bread to cool in the opened machine for 25 minutes then remove from pan
