Seasoned Baked Potato Wedges
These potato wedges are simple and delicious. I prefer to use Cajun Seasoning, but feel free to substitute seasonings to suit your taste.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3-4 potatoes cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat baking sheet with vegetable oil
- In a bowl, whisk flour, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, black pepper and salt
- Rinse potato wedges under cold water and dredge wedges in seasoned flour. Arrange coated wedges on prepared baking sheet
- Bake in preheated oven, flipping over wedges halfway through baking, until coating is browned and potatoes are tender, 35-40 minutes
